Biography

Michael Ruberg is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. He has been practicing law for 41 years and focuses his practice on estate planning. Michael's considerable experience encompasses estate planning, probate, trusts, guardianships, and elder law planning. 

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, as well as an associate degree in computer science and economics, from Thomas Moore University. Michael graduated from Chase College of Law in 1982 and was admitted to practice law in both Kentucky and Ohio. 

Early in his career, Michael practiced with the firm of Ohara, Ruberg & Taylor. In 2017, Michael founded his own law firm, Ruberg Law PLLC, and continues to focus on all aspects of estate planning and probate administration. 

Michael’s unique perspective as both an attorney and small business owner, allows him to provide high-quality and tailored services to his clients. Michael values building strong relationships with his clients and takes pride in delivering professional, thoughtful, and authentic work for them. He has a tradition and reputation for quality legal services in which he develops a comprehensive plan to ensure his client’s needs and preferences are honored now and in the future.
